Please allow 4 weeks from the date you delivered your item to us for your framing order to be completed. We try to complete most orders within 3 weeks but this isn't always possible.

We will contact you when your framing order is ready for collection. If we haven’t contacted you, it is most likely not yet ready.

If you change your mind about your framing options after leaving your artwork with us, please contact us within 7 days so that we can alter the order before ordering the materials from our suppliers. If you contact us after this deadline and change your order, there will be a 20% extra charge to cover the redundant materials ordered.

If upon collection you are unhappy with the quality of the work, then we will make the needed alterations until you are happy with it. However, please bear in mind that we will not be held responsible if you are unhappy with the choice of frame or mount etc upon collection. We will however, try our best to accommodate you (although additional costs may be charged). When you are choosing your framing options, we give advice and our personal opinions but the final decision is up to you. 

Also when natural woods are chosen, we cannot guarantee that the grain will match the sample. Each length of frame moulding is unique.

Please could you collect your completed framing orders within 2 weeks after being contacted as we are tight on space. Any customers who leave completed orders in our possession for longer than 10 weeks will be sent a letter with a deadline. If the completed work is not collected by that deadline, it will be sold to cover our costs.

- Payment -

All framing items must be paid for in full before leaving the premises. We accept cash, card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, V Pay, Electron, Visa Electron, JCB), Apple Pay and BACS (by prior arrangement). We do not accept cheques.
